Let's Beat Diabetes Together!

On the 26th March, Nightingale Valley and Birchwood Practices held a diabetes education event, aimed at those with type 2 (T2) diabetes. Dr Campbell Murdoch delivered an inspirational talk on how to manage the condition with lifestyle medicine. The evening was so inspirational that one of our attendees has begun the work in setting up a peer support group and now we want to take it to the next level.
